Weather Alert-Advisory: Weatherman Predicts Heavy Snowfall-Advisory In Kashmir
Night temperatures in Kashmir increased slightly with a forecast of light rain and snow in the coming days.
The Meteorological Office issued an advisory for possible road closures in higher reaches from January 28-31.
Srinagar recorded a low of minus 3.6°C, below normal for this time of year.
The region is currently in the 40-day harsh winter period, ‘Chillai-Kalan,’ which ends on January 29.

●27th Jan: Partly to Generally cloudy with possibility of Light Snow at isolated higher reaches towards late evening.
●28th-29th Jan: Generally cloudy with possibility of light to moderate Rain/Snow at many places.
● 30th-31st Jan: Possibility of Light to moderate Rain/Snow at many places.
●1st-2nd Feb:Possibility of Light to moderate Rain/Snow at many places.
