Jammu, Dec 3: The months of December to March being peak period for incurring of expenditure, the Finance Department has issued directives to all heads of departments / officers not to sanction leave of officers or officials except the case pertaining to maternity leave or the cases involving urgent medical exigency, details with CTN reads as:-
